2 egg white, room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.

In mixer bowl, beat egg white until stiff.
Add sugar slowly and beat until very stiff.
Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
Put in preheated 350º oven and turn oven off; leave for 3-4 hours or over night. DO NOT open oven door.
(Best done overnight, when you're least tempted to open the door and peek.)
