1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. mini chocolate chips

Vanilla Butter glaze:
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Beat all ingredients except chocolate chips in large bowl with mixer on low speed just to moisten. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Stir in chips. Pour into greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan. Bake in 350º oven 50 minutes to until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert cake onto wire rack. Cool completely.
To make Vanilla Butter Glaze, mix butter, powdered sugar, water and vanilla extract until smooth. Let stand 3 minutes or until thickened. Drizzle over cooled cake.
