½ cup boiling water
1 cup shortening
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking powder
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except flour together and stir well. Add flour and stir. Roll into a ball and roll in wax paper. Place in refrigerator until firm. Makes 3 crusts.

If recipe call for pre-baked crust, bake at 450º for 10-12 minutes.
