Vegetables:
1 package (20 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked until tender
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can kidney beans, drained

Dressing:
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 T. prepared mustard
1 T. flour (heaping)
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Vegetables:
In sauce pan, cook frozen vegetables until tender; drain; pour into a bowl.
Add celery, green pepper and kidney beans; gently stir to mix well.

Dressing:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; cook over medium heat; stirring constantly until mixture is well blended and turns clear.
Pour dressing over vegetables; cover; chill thoroughly.
Keeps well in the refrigerator for several weeks.
