1 16-oz. can of black beans
1 16-oz. can of cannelloni beans
c. red onion, chopped
c. chopped parsley
c. olive oil
2 T. red-wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse beans well, combine ingredients and then season to taste.

Can be served chilled or room temperature, and can be made a day in advance.
