Ingredients:  
2 medium potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
vegetable oil
seasoned salt
3/4 c. sour cream
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place potato wedges, cut side down on broiler pan rack.
Brush with oil; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Set oven to broil and place pan 3" from heat.
Cook 5 minutes, until brown; turn potatoes; brush with oil and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Broil until tender, about 5 minutes.

Serve with sour cream sprinkled with cheese.
