¾ c sugar
10 eggs yolks, beaten
1 c whipping cream, whipped
4 c milk, scalded
½ tsp. salt
10 egg whites
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ½ cup sugar and yolks in double boiler; stir in milk slowly. Cook over hot water until coats spoon. Chill well. In a large bowl add salt to egg whites and beat till stiff peaks. Add remaining sugar gradually. Fold egg whites and cream into chilled mixture, alternately. Chill for several hours. Pour into a punch bowl and sprinkle with nutmeg.
