1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9"x9" baking dish.

In mixer bowl, cream together butter and sugar until creamy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Whisk together flour, salt and baking powder into sugar mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Spread mixture into a greased 9"x9" baking dish.
Bake in 350º oven for 25 minutes.
Cool before cutting.
