Crust:
1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted

Filling:
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
1 box (16 oz.) powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a 9"x13" baking pan with aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray.

Crust:
In bowl, combine dry cake mix, 1 egg and 1/2 c. melted butter, mix until soft dough forms.
Spread dough in prepared lined and sprayed a 9"x13" baking pan; set aside.

Filling:
In bowl, beat cream cheese, 3 eggs and powdered sugar on low speed; stream in the 1/4 c. melted butter and lemon juice; beat well to combine.
Pour this mixture on top of crust layer.
Bake in 350º oven for 35 minutes. DO NOT over bake - bars are meant to be gooey.
Cool; cut into bars.
