2 cans jumbo lump crab meat
1 egg
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 drops of hot sauce
½ tsp. seafood seasoning (optional)
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Mix together the egg, mayonnaise, yogurt and seasonings.
Gently fold the crab meat into the mixture
Spoon into individual ramekins and sprinkle with cheese and paprika
Heat until bubbly, about 15 minutes.
