1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon fat from beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 dash tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Cook until brown. Drain off all grease except 1 tablespoon. Add tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, celery seed, dry mustard and ketchup. Let simmer on medium-low heat for 30 minutes. Serve with bread or buns.
