2 14-ounce cans of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon garlic
½ teaspoon pepper
Pita bread or crackers for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375º
In a large bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice , garlic and pepper
Spoon mixture into a baking dish
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown
Serve with warm sliced pita bread or crackers
