2 cups soft bread crumbs
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/4 cup margarine
1 pound ground beef
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 egg slightly beaten
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup half-n-half

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in milk for 10 minutes. Cook onions in 1/2 of the butter until slightly translucent. Remove from heat. Add seasonings to meat and combine with onion, bread crumbs and egg. Mix well and form into balls. Put remaining butter in skillet, roll each ball in flour and cook in skillet until done (5 - 10 minutes).
