1 6oz can chunk light tuna in water, drained and rinsed very well
˝ c. whole kernel corn
2 T. sweet pickle relish
1 T. mayonnaise
1 T. Dijon mustard

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients, and serve over crackers or as a sandwich filling.

My husband, Jerry loves this salad mix. He puts it over a bed of lettuce and garnishes with grape tomatoes and green onions.

I have varied the recipe substituting the corn and relish with various types of salsa or chow chow. One combination that was well liked was when I substituted with Cowboy SalsaŠ from Trader Joes.
