1 can. (26 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's Family size)
1-1/4 c. water
1/2. tsp. poultry seasoning
1-1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. long-grain rice, uncooked
3 whol chicken breasts, split

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Bake in a 9"x13" baking dish.

In a 9'x13" baking dish, combine soup, water and poultry seasoning.
Stir in carrots and rice.
Arrange chick in single layer on top of rice.
Bake in 400 oven for 50 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Arrange chicken on platter.
Stir rice, serve with chicken.
