Ingredients:  
use crust for double 9 inch pie
4 C peeled zucchini sliced thin
1 1/4 C sugar
1/4 C flour
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/4 c real lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and place in unbaked pie curst. Put second crust on top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Then 350 until done, when crust is brown. Approximately 45-60 minutes.
