2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar cheese
1 T. chopped pimiento
1 T. chopped green pepper
1 T. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of Cayenne pepper
Dash of salt
finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese; mixing until well blended.
Add pimiento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings; mix well.
Chill mixture.
Shape into a ball; roll in chopped pecans; chill.
Serve with crackers.

Leftover cheese ball can be reshaped and refrigerated; will keep up to 1 week.
