2 c. medium white sauce
1-1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of cayenne pepper

In saucepan, to 2 c. hot medium white sauce add cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper; heat, stirring until cheese melts.
