1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 c. chopped pecans, toasted
2 T. chopped red maraschino cherries
2 T. chopped green maraschino cherries
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. M&M;s
Additional M&M's, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the ice cream, pecans, cherries and extracts; mix well.
Fold in M&M's.
Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups; freeze for at least 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped M&M's.
