Beans:
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Black-Eyed Peas
1 can Corn
1 can Rotel

Veggies:
1 c. Chopped Green Peppers
1 c. Chopped Celery
1 c. Chopped Red Onion
3-4 Diced Jalapenos (or use 1 can/jar jalapeņos)

Dressing:
1 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 c. Veg Oil
2 Tbsp Tabasco/Hot Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain canned beans. Mix with veggies.

Combine 'Dressing' ingredients & boil for 1 min. Cool & pour over bean/veggie mix.
Marinate overnight.
Drain dressing off. Serve with 'Scoops'.
