4 cups sliced carrots (canned or cooked)
1-1/2 cup milk
1 can French Fried onions
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp melted butter
1-1/2 cup american cheese grated

Directions:
Directions:
Drain carrots, stir flour in butter. Add milk gradually. Cook until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Add cheese, stir until melts. Place 1/3 carrots in 1-1/2 qt casserole. Cover with 1/2 sauce and 1/3 onions. Layer carrots, sauce and remaining onions. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with onions and bake 5 more minutes.
