Gluten Free Italian Noodle Casserole Recipe

1 lb. ground beef, browned
2 c. Gluten Free Spaghetti Sauce
4 c. Gluten Free noodles
5 green onions, sliced thin
1 (3 oz.) package of cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9"x13" baking dish.

Brown ground beef; drain off fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain; place in greased 9"x13" baking dish.
Top noodles with cooked meat.
Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream and green onions; spread over the meat.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.

Option: add mushrooms for added flavor.
