Candy center:
1 c. peanut butter (may use either smooth or chunky)
1 stick margarine
2-1/2 c. to 2-3/4 c. powdered sugar

Chocolate coating:
1 small package chocolate chips
1 oz. paraffin wax

Directions:

In a saucepan, melt peanut butter and margarine; remove from heat.
Add powdered sugar; mixing well.
Form into balls using a cookie scoop; put on wax paper; refrigerate for 2 hours.

Chocolate coating:
In a double boiler, melt together chocolate chips and paraffin wax.

Using a toothpick, dip peanut butter balls into the chocolate coating; place on wax paper..
Using a toothpick, dot toothpick hole with chocolate coating.
Refrigerate.

Tip: Don't throw away left over chocolate coating - use it to dip pretzels, marshmallows, pound cake or fruit.
