1 box French cut green beans
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup sour cream
Swiss cheese
Paprika
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp grated onion

Directions:
Directions:
Make cream sauce (flour, butter, and sour cream). Add salt, pepper, onion and sugar. Mix in greased casserole with beans. Cover with grated Swiss cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.

It makes 4 scant servings. To double recipe more generously I use 3 boxes of beans to 2 cups of sauce. Enjoy!
