4 cups whole milk
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
7 ounces dark (simi sweet or bitter sweet chocolate; melted
Whipped cream or marshmallows

Directions:
1. Bring the milk, water, and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
2. Lower the heat, add the chocolate, and whisk until just one buble pops on the surface----take care not to boil the chocolate. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows.
