6 pork chops
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped bell pepper
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
1 tab Worchester sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1 15oz pineapple tidbits and juice
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chops and brown in oil. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 1 ¼ hours pour off excess fat. While baking mix remaining ingredients and let stand. Pour over chops and bake 45 min longer.
