5 tbs sugar
5 tsp salt
5 tbs oil
3 pkgs yeast
3 cups warm water
9 cups AP flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg bowl add yeast, sugar, salt and warm water and mix well. let sit a minute till foamy. add oil and mix then add flour. mix well. oil up hands and knead till soft and not grainy. let rise about and hour and a half till doubled in size. punch down and let rise till double again. punch down then make your rolls and let rise again. bake 400 degrees till golden brown
