2 tablespoons flour
2 cans evaporated milk
2 tablespoons pure vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 gallon whole milk

Beat eggs, add rest except for whole milk. Pour into ice cream freezer, fill with whole milk and freeze.

Since this recipe calls for raw eggs, you can use pasteurized eggs.
