1 T. oil
1 large baking potato, peeled and cut into cubes
2 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
2/3 c. beef broth.
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. hamburger
1 large garlic, minced
1 T. parsley
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat; add potato, carrots and onion; cook and stir for 3 minutes.
Stir in broth and 1/2 tsp. of salt; reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 6-7 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove vegetables from skillet; set aside.
Wipe out skillet with paper towel.
Heat skillet over medium heat; add hamburger and garlic; cook until meat is no longer pink; drain off fat.
Add parsley, paprika, cinnamon, cumin and remaining salt and pepper; cook and stir for 1 minute.
Add vegetables; stir until vegetables are thoroughly heated.
