1 c. uncooked rice
2 slices ham
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Wash rice and cut ham slices into serving sized pieces. Arrange rice and ham alternately in casserole dish using rice on bottom and top. Season, as desired, with salt, pepper and any other seasonings. Add milk and bake until rice is done.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
