4 large White potatoes, peeled, sliced

Milk-1- 1 1/2 cups

Directions:
Peel and slice potatoes. Grease casserole dish and put layer of potatoes in bottom of dish. Sprinkle salt, pepper and flour on layer and dot with butter. Repeat layers, adding pieces of ham to each layer, as desired. Or may use only on top as a layer of ham and omit between layers, but much better throughout casserole. Add enough milk to reach top of casserole or top layer of potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.

Personal Notes:
Mom made something like this when we were growing up, whenever we had ham for Sunday dinner. I usually put small slices of ham on each layer, and finish with potatoes on top. Cook until potatoes are done.
