2 # Ground Chuck
1 # Ground Pork
1# Ground Veal
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
1 Medium Onion chopped
1 Egg
1 can (12 oz.) whole tomatoes
Corn Flakes
2 T. Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Drain tomatoes, pour juice over the bottom of the baking dish.
Combine meat, salt, pepper, onion, egg & tomatoes.
Crush cornflakes and add to the mixture until it holds together nicely.
Form into a loaf & place in the baking dish.
Garnish the top with the ketchup.
Bake at 400º for 30 minutes, reduce heat to 350º and bake an additional 30 minutes.
