5 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
5 Tbls. butter
1 8oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until very tender (about 20 minutes). Drain well. Mash with 3 tablespoons of butter. Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Blend until smooth. Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Melt remaining butter; drizzle over the top. Cover and freeze for up to 1 month. Or bake, uncovered, at 350º for 1 hour.

To use frozen potatoes: Thaw in refrigerator. Bake as directed
