Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 to 1½ lbs of the square cooked ham sliced farily thin. (I always order mine fresh cut).
1 medium or large tub of spreadable Philadelphia Cream Cheese (at room temperature)
vegetable or fuit spears - Palm hearts, pineapple, green onions, boiled asparagus etc. Cut the veggies and fruit the same as the long length of the ham.

Directions:
Directions:
After all the ingrediets are prepared, lightly tab the ham slices with paper towels to removed moisture. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on the ham Align the fruit or veggies with the end of the ham and tightly roll up the slice from the long side of the ham and set the roll aside. Prepare the rest of the slices and set aside. When all of the rolls are finished, use a sharp knife to cut each onel into 5 bite size pieces. You can set a small glass with toothepicks in the center of the serving tray or place a toothpick into each piece.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Ingredients depend on how many pieces you intend to be on the tray. Everybody seems to love these, and the big boys make sure there are no left-overs.
