4 C leftover cooked rice (at least
½ C per serving)
2 T peanut or canola oil
3 T Hoisin sauce
1 T sweet chili sauce
3 T oyster sauce
1 T soy sauce
1 t onion powder
1 t ginger powder
½ C frozen mixed vegetables
1 scrambled egg
4 green onions
pepper to taste
½ lb shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Measure all sauces and dry ingredients and set aside. Scramble egg and set aside. In a wok or deep skillet add oil. When the oil is hot add the cold rice and stir fry until warm Add the sauces and powders, and continue stirring. Amounts of sauces and powders may be changed to suit your taste. Add mixed vegetables (or your choice of vegetables--water chestnuts, bean sprouts, etc.) and shrimp. If shrimp are raw cook until they turn pink. Add and stir in scrambled egg. Top with sliced green onions (white and green) and serve. Instead of shrimp, the meat of your choice maybe added (leftover chicken, pork etc.)
