Ingredients:  
1 head romaine lettuce
2 large tomatoes
1 medium cucumber
1 medium red onion
1 red or green pepper
3 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Dressing
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic crushed
2 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dressing ingredients together in a bottle and shake.
Simply pour over salad ingredients, adding the feta cheese at the end to prevent it from mixing in too much.
