2 eggs
1⅓ cups milk
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs and milk at room temperature for 1 hour before making.
Use glass bowl beat eggs until light and fluffy add salt and milk.
Pour ½ into flour mix then add rest and beat until mixed Don’t over beat.
Let batter rest 10 minutes before adding to hot greased muffin cups.
Bake at 375ºF - 400ºF until done.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR!
