8 oz. fresh baby spinach
1 cup fresh strawberries - sliced
cup candied walnuts
2-3 oz. feta or goat cheese crumbles

Candied walnuts:
1 egg white
2 cups brown sugar, divided
tsp. vanilla
4 cups walnuts

DRESSING:
CUP Canola oil
5 Tbsp. balsamic oil
3-4 Tbsp. sugar
tsp. dried tarragon leaves
⅜ tsp. onion powder
⅜ tsp. garlic powder
tsp. dry mustard

Candied walnuts:
Preheat oven to 275
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and top with waxed paper
Add cup of brown sugar, vanilla and nuts
Roast 15 minutes
Remove and stir nuts and add 1 cups brown sugar.
Roast at 350 for 7-10 minutes
Store additional walnuts in container and freeze.

Dressing:
Mix all ingredients together and shake. Shake prior to serving and pore over spinach
Add sliced strawberries to top of spinach.
