1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. diced onions
1 package taco seasoning
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can re-fried beans
1 c. prepared rice (minute rice, cooled)
1 c. Mexican blend corn, drained
5 large flour tortillas
8 oz. jar of thick chunky salsa
sour cream
diced onion
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Use a greased Spring form pan.

In a skillet, cook hamburger and onions until meat is no longer pink; drain off fat.
Add taco seasoning to meat mixture; set aside.
In microwave, warm re-fried beans, making it easier to spread.
Prepare minute rice; set aside to cool.
Drain Mexican blend corn.

Grease (spray) Spring form pan.
Place 1 tortilla on bottom of pan; spread 1/3 of beans, 1/3 meat mixture and 1/5 of cheese.
Place 2nd tortilla on top; layer 1/2 rice, 1/2 salsa, 1/2 corn and 1/5 cheese.
Place 3rd tortilla on top; layer 1/3 of beans, 1/3 meat mixture and 1/5 of cheese.
Place 4th tortilla on top; layer 1/2 rice, 1/2 salsa, 1/2 corn and 1/5 cheese.
Place 5th tortilla on top; layer 1/3 of beans, 1/3 meat mixture and 1/5 cheese.
Cover top of pan with aluminum foil.
Bake covered in 350º oven for 40 minutes.
Uncover; bake uncovered for10-15 minutes; remove from oven; let set for 5 minutes before serving.
Top with sour cream, diced onion, shredded lettuce and chopped tomato.
