2 cups sifted, all-purpose flour
2 tsps baking powder
2 tsps baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsps cinnamon
2 cups granulated sugar
1-1/2 cups oil 4 unbeaten eggs
3 cups raw grated carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon twice. Set aside.

Beat sugar and oil well. Add eggs and beat some more. Add dry ingredients and blend. Add carrots.

Pour into ungreased angel food pan (10"). Bake in preheated oven 350º for one hour. Cool on rack 10-15 minutes. Remove from pan.
