• 1 cup all purpose flower
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 2/3 cup white sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg, milk, and oil.
Pour into one 9” round greased pan, or greased muffin pan (makes 12 muffins).
Bake 20-25 min.
