1¼ c. graham cracker crumbs
½ c. sugar (divided)
¼ c. oleo, softened
1 12 oz. carton Cool Whip©
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 20 oz. can sliced pineapple in heavy syrup
1 3 oz. package strawberry or orange Jello©
1 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs, ¼ c. sugar and butter, press into 9" square pan.
Bake at 375º for about 8 minutes. Cool.
Blend cream cheese and ¼ c. sugar together.
Fold into whipped topping.
Spoon mixture into crumb lined pan, spread evenly.
Chill until set.
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Add water to syrup to make 1 c. liquid.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add syrup mixture.
Chill until thickened but not set.
Arrange pineapple slices on cream cheese mixture.
Spoon on thickened gelatin.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Cut into 9 squares.
