2 onions
4 stalks celery
1/2 lb. mushroom
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cup Instant Bouillon (I'm using chicken broth)
1 tsp. green pepper flavoring (I'm using chopped bell pepper
1 chicken cut up
1 1lb. can tomatoes
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
dash of oregano, basil, and pepper
1 packet of Splenda

Directions:
Directions:
Saute seasonings, vegetables, mushrooms in the the chicken broth for 6 to 10 minutes. Add chicken and other ingredients. Cook until chicken is tender, do not overcook. Lift the chicken out of mixture.

Cook down liquids and spoon over chicken.
