2 packages (10 ounce each) frozen corn kernels, thawed
6 eggs
3 cups milk
cup butter, melted
4 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In blender or food processor, blend eggs very well. Add in flour and sugar and blend well. Add milk and blend slightly. Finally, mix in corn by hand. Stir in melted butter. Pour into a large casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Bake about 45 minutes.
When pudding is done the center should be solid and the top should have a nice golden brown color.
Let it rest about 15 minutes then serve warm.
