1/2 c. Milk
1/2 c. Flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º in a 9 inch pie plate melt butter, Beat remaining ingredients, pour into pie plate. Bake. For 10 min then turn heat to 350º and bake 10 more min. Remove with spatula to a plate . Top with apple pie filling, cherry pie filling or shake with powder sugar serve immediately
