1 c. Water
1/4 c. Butter cubed
1 c. Flour
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Shredded sharp, cheddar cheese
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. Minced. Chives
2 garlic cloves minced

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan bring water, butter and 1/2 tsp salt to a boil. Add flour stir until soft ball forms. Turn off heat and let stand 5 min. Add one egg at a time stirring until mixture is smooth and shiny before incorporating next egg. Stir in cheese, chives and garlic. Drop by spoonfuls 1 inch apart onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and bake at 375 º for 14-16 min until golden brown. Serve warm.
