3-4 lb boneless pork shoulder or butt
3 garlic cloves
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1 bunch of green onions chopped
1 1/2 c. Minced fresh cilantro
1 c. Salsa
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c tequila
2 cans green chilies chopped

In a slow cooker combine all of the ingredients. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove from slow cooker and shred pork with two forks. Heat 2 TBS vegetable oil in a large skillet on medium high heat. Crust pork in pan and serve on tortillas.
