½ c. mashed bananas
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (4 servings) instant vanilla or banana cream pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
¼ c. oil
½ c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.

Blend, then beat on medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes.

Pour into greased & floured 8x4 inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350ºF for 50-55 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK!

Cool in pan for 15 minutes.
