BAKED CORN CASSEROLE

1 can corn
1 can creamed corn
1/3 cup vegetable or light olive oil
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes in a 9X9 pan.

Note for dieters. Egg substitute may used in place of eggs and lite sour cream.

If you like cornbread.....you will love this casserole.
