¼ cup oil
Sauté 2# cleaned, sliced, and cooked shrimp
Sprinkle with hot pepper seeds to taste or carefully use cayenne
Cook 1 cup of wild rice in 4 cups of water, simmer 30 minutes and drain.

In casserole layer:
Shrimp,crumbled Feta Cheese, Rice
Top with at least 2 cups Basil Tomatoes or Classico Marinara Sauce
Mix Well
Top with Parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 º for 40 minutes.
